My husband and I can not say enough good things about Sparkys Electric. We had a garge/polebarn built and needed an electrician. We were referred to them by a friend. We needed our mast on the house raised and electric ran from the house to the garage. We called them, they sent out Kevin for an estimate. From the start, Kevin was honest and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. And he put our mind at ease. The whole crew from the ladies in the office to Kevin, Cole, Carson, Jacob, and Brek were awesome. Kevin was always willing to answer all of our questions everytime I called or emailed. He went above and beyond. The whole team is very professional and very polite. We highly recommend Sparkys Electric for electrical work you may need done. Jeremy was extremely helpful and responsive when he found out that we were 2 weeks without power after a major storm hit the Mid-Michigan area. He wanted to give us the best service and push things through as quickly as possible to ensure that we could get our power restores right away. We will always use Sparky’s in the future and will recommend them to everyone we know for their electrical needs!

They came out and did quite a bit of electrical work (new outdoor plugs, Ethernet cable runs, new GFCI plugs in the kitchen and moving our disposal switch). They did a great job, everything looks and works great! They also did all of it in one day! The guys were super nice and very professional. They also explained everything to us in a way we could understand.

First time using Sparky’s electric, amazing group of individuals to say the least. I got same day service due to my situation being an emergency type situation they had an estimator out here and a quote to me within An hour and half of calling. Mitch and his awesome apprentice were very efficient and professional guys. They were in and out in 1.5 hours. I definitely recommend this Company! 10/10 for me for sure. Our next door neighbor recommended Sparky’s. She’s had them work on several projects and was very satisfied with the results. When three outlets went out in our kitchen at the same time, we called Sparky’s for help. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in short order. I found them to be professional, friendly, and highly competent. Recommended without reservation.

We knew that our electrical needed a lot of work. When my laundry room light would no longer work, we called Sparky’s. They returned my call first thing Monday morning. Jake was here quickly and did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done. He worked quickly and efficiently and was friendly. We felt comfortable with his work and the price quoted. They use the same phone number as Standard Electric Co. – the Kalamazoo St. company that went out of business. That’s how I found Sparky’s! Jacob (the electrician) was here twice and both times, I received phone calls about the ‘window period’ during which to expect him and he was timely both times (even early!) Sparky’s sends receipts by email. I received a 5% Senior discount and the installation work was done professionally and with verbal instructions/explanations from Jacob. What’s not to like? They’re darn good. I would use them again.

First to respond for a quote request and supplied detailed specs and price same day. I approved quote and had it completed 6 days later. Techs were knowledgeable and communicated very well. Text updates to give info was helpful.

Had an excellent experience! Super knowledgeable and helpful, I learned so much from Jacob and he was able to help make sure everything was in good order. Very affordable prices for their work too, I was able to get a quote for some work I wanted done after the assessment, and was even able to get some of the work done same day.

Power line was down and electrical mast dislodged in the recent storm. A very busy time but they called back from my voicemail and scheduled an early appointment the next day. They were even able to work in my next door neighbor who had the same problem. Heroes don’t always wear capes. They were very efficient and professional. Will definitely call them again.

Wow! I can’t say enough about Jason and Sparky’s! Easy to set up an appointment and took only a few days to actually get someone to my home. Was notified by text when en-route showed up early asked if that was alright checked out the electrical fixed the problem all before he was even supposed to arrive! He also answered questions about other issues and checked them out. What a class act! Definitely will be calling in Sparky’s when it’s time to put sockets and switches in the basement. Yes. They do estimates for work also. ❤️

Called on a Friday after a storm, they were there early the next day and had a new power mast, meter, and replaced the main breaker all a couple of hours. Fast, friendly, and affordable even at emergency service rates. I highly recommend!

This was my first time working with Sparky’s Electric LLC and if I shall ever need an electrical company again I will absolutely refer to them again! I needed an electric car charger installed! From the free estimate to scheduling the installation everything was smooth and well-organized. Jake, Zack, and Cole were all wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend to anyone for electrical service needs!

We asked to put surge protector, extra outlet in back porch and install new dryer plug in our laundry room. Plan to remodel the room.They are professional, friendly and on time. A bit of hiccup along the way but everything is fixed and look right. Really appreciate and recommend to anyone need electrical service. Their fee is affordable too!

My ceiling fan was not functioning properly; electrical outlet was switched out and the fan works fine. I do think i was charged way too much for that type job.

Technician (Nick)was very pleasant and efficient. Completed the work in record time and even tweaked a few other things. Definitely would recommend them and will use them again.

Kaeden worked hard for my dad, coming out several days earlier than expected to repair severe damages to the power line that was ripped off my dad’s home in a severe storm on 8-24-23. Kaeden’s high quality work and quick response time allowed my dad to have repairs done in time for Consumer’s Energy’s visit to his home just a few days later to restore power to his house. I appreciate this company’s efforts to serve the community so well and taking care of my dad’s needs in such a professional manner!
