I’ve had Sparky’s Electric out to my house 3-4 times in the past year and have been completely satisfied with everything they’ve done. They arrive on time or earlier, they are professional and just really nice to work with from the office staff to the guys on the job. I have an older house and had a couple tricky areas to work with but they figured it out and made it work beautifully. They walk you through everything to make sure you are satisfied before you sign off. Communication about all aspects of your job is great from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

I had a stand by generator installed. From the beginning of the process to the end, Nick and Tanner provided great and timely service. They were professional and gracious. It is sometimes difficult to foresee the complications that one might encounter on a project like this. They did a fantastic job in making the necessary alterations to install an additional breaker panel next to the existing one as well as other details to meet with my preferences. The office staff were also wonderful to work with and provided exceptional customer service. Sparky’s did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

We’ve used Sparky’s a few times now for various projects and have never been disappointed. They show up when they say, and they’re always on time or early. The prices are fair and reasonable and the work is always professional…and they always clean up before they leave. I think we’ve used them on 4 occasions now and we’re always happy with the results. So, if you’re looking for a hometown, family run type electric company, I highly recommend Sparky’s. (Oh! And when they quote you a price, there’s never an up charge for some “unforeseen” issue like other’s places we’ve used over the years.) Highly recommended!

Ryan and his coworker arrived early, but let me know they were in their way, which was great. They were professional, efficient, thorough and friendly. They resolved my problem quickly, within the same visit. The price I was charged was reasonable for the work performed.

Sparky’s did a great job fixing the issues I had in my newly purchased condo. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will call for future issues if I have them (hopefully not, but inevitable!) and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a number for electrical needs.

The electrician, Tanner, was excellent. He explained the problem and the solution and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend him! However, the person who scheduled the appointment was not detail oriented. Our address was incorrectly listed on the work order, and Tanner went to the neighbor’s unit. I heard the neighbor’s dog barking and came outside to get his attention. The scheduler also listed my legal first name as “Charlie”, instead of “Charles”. Having the correct customer name and the correct address seems like a basic requirement for effective and efficient customer service.

Nick and his partner did excellent work for us, diagnosing a worn out circuit breaker and installing new outlets in our basement. They heard our requests and concerns and did a great job explaining their solutions. We’re good to go thanks to their excellent help.

My husband and I can not say enough good things about Sparkys Electric. We had a garge/polebarn built and needed an electrician. We were referred to them by a friend. We needed our mast on the house raised and electric ran from the house to the garage. We called them, they sent out Kevin for an estimate. From the start, Kevin was honest and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. And he put our mind at ease. The whole crew from the ladies in the office to Kevin, Cole, Carson, Jacob, and Brek were awesome. Kevin was always willing to answer all of our questions everytime I called or emailed. He went above and beyond. The whole team is very professional and very polite. We highly recommend Sparkys Electric for electrical work you may need done. I had two light fixtures that were no longer working. After calling Sparky’s Electric and explaining what I needed done they came out the same day and arrived when they said they would. Cole and Adam were very professional and efficient while installing my new porch light and dining room ceiling fan. The service was excellent! Gave me guidance in the best choice to fix the lights vs replace. Did the work within an hour. Both guys were very polite and knowledgeable.
