Ryan listened to my explanation of the problem I am having w my fan and went right to work vetting the wiring and diagnosing. Wiring checked out. After pairing the remote w the fan, the wall remote still did not work. I was very satisfied with Ryan’s work.

Jacob was early for the appointment, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns about the safety issues I presented him with and fixed the problems promptly. We had a great experience with Sparkys and Jacob. He came and changed a 220 line to a 110 for a gas stove top hook-up. He knew exactly what he needed to do and also changed the connections on our electrical box as well. He was in and out in about a half hour. Jacob explained what he was doing, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a quote before he began to make sure we were OK with it. Price was Reasonable. We were very happy with his work.

Sparky came out to fix the mast arm on my house after a storm. They were timely and had fair pricing. There are two reasons for the 4 rating instead of a 5. First, the replacement of the mast arm location doesn’t feel thought through. The old mast arm use to be on the side of the house and with the repair it wraps around to the front of the house and is a bit of an eye sore. Also, with going in and out of hte house, the workers didn’t have any shoe covers to protect the flooring from mud etc. Still overall happy with the work.

It took almost 3 days to find a company with availability to come out and reattach our electrical meter and mast to our house after a tree tore it off during a storm. Initially, they did not have any availability, but Roni called me back within minutes and had Cole come out and reattach the mast and meter to the house the same day. Today, Jacob came out and installed new grounding rods. Both of them were professional and helpful, and, best of all, did not leave a mess! Special shout out to Roni in the office for being so patient with me and my multiple, frustrated phone calls due to an issue I was having with Consumers Energy after repairs. Even though there was nothing Sparky’s could do about the issue, she was patient and professional, and her suggestions were very helpful. I can’t thank them enough! Five stars. Highly recommend!

Jake and Adam showed up to do the work. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, personable, did a great job, and in my estimation an asset to the company. Thank you guys!!!

We were very pleased with Sparky’s service. They installed the electrical for our new stove, then helped with making sure the stove slid easily back into the counter area.

Shop called, techs were running ahead of schedule, wanted to know if they could come early. They arrived shortly after the call and got right to work. Had the job done in an hour. Work looks great, they put everything back together and cleaned up, can’t tell they were here. Second time we’ve used Sparky’s and will definitely use them for any future needs! Had them install a vehicle charger for our EV, also troubleshoot a number of malfunctioning outlets and a 3-way switch. Finished in a timely manner, very professional, cleaned up when they were done. You can’t find a better service that Sparky’s Electric for you home electric needs.

I am very pleased with the service provided by the two electricians sent out by Sparky’s Electric. I needed a new bathroom vanity light installed along with a new dimmer switch, and a new bedroom fan switch installed. They also, checked out my bathroom vent fan for any electrical issues, & replaced the cover. Tanner reviewed all work being performed before and after. Both representatives arrived timely, performed the required work efficiently and gave me the option to ask any questions I might have. Great service. Crew was on time and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves too. They installed all the electrical for our new hot tub and connected it. Getting a quote and scheduling the crew we’re both well organized and timely.

New to the area so had to rely on the reviews posted which is always a slight gamble. Firstly, Abbie (a really kind human) called me back with a plan and fitted me in the same day! I had started a project i couldn’t finish. Josh came in and patiently listened to what I had attempted to do. Solved the issue and installed the wiring I needed.
